Request to access model rejected?

Hey there LLama team,
Been using your models and love the fact that you share all the models opensource.
I have access to llama3 and 2 models but for llama4 repo. my request was rejected?
Is it due to policy change at meta to make their models closed or something else.
Can you please provide access to llama4 models?
