Install this node, which contains GGUF.

But still not for video, right? Or has that changed in the meantime?
They must have removed that node, as it is no longer in the official one, nor in the two linked.
https://github.com/lihaoyun6/ComfyUI-SeedVR2_VideoUpscaler/tree/nightly supports GGUF, but the list of GGUF seems to have problems, not all GGUFs end with K_M
put K_M at the end of models and they will still work
