I am a postgraduate student currently working on my M.Tech project in Computer Science. I am developing a local AI assistant named A.T.O.M that uses transformer-based language models for natural language understanding and command execution.
I would like to request access to the microsoft/phi-3-mini-instruct (4K) model for academic research and experimentation purposes. The model will be used locally on my system for evaluation, without any redistribution or commercial use.
I have added some Screenshots of my project below.
Currently I am Using Ollama as an Interface To access "Phi-3 mini-instruct" But I want to Remove the Ollama dependency for fine tuning the model based on my hardware limitation as i am using a laptop with is Just a 4gig GTX 1650ti GPU.
